We leverage a variety of validation processes to ensure every component we deliver is of superior quality. We ultrasonically validate components to identify defects that would not otherwise be detectable. Next, we disassemble the component to verify our findings from the ultrasound.

Furthermore, we leverage our CMM to inspect components for tolerances and ensure excellence with every part. The end result is carefully manufactured components that meet and exceed your standards. We have approval through our customers for Digital Product Definition and Model Based Definition (DPD/MBD), which ensure proper calibration, accuracy, and conformance to requirements.
